Refund & Exchange Policy

At JETHALAL Achar, we take utmost care in packing and delivering our products with love and quality. However, if you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.

1. Damaged or Broken Product

If your product arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, you can request a replacement within 5 days of delivery.

To claim a replacement:

  • Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The damaged/broken product

  • Send the video along with your order details via:

    • WhatsApp

    • Email

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

2. Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the received product

  • Order details

  • Unboxing video (preferred)

After verification, we will exchange the product at no extra cost.

3. Important Notes

  • Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

  • Products once opened or consumed cannot be returned for taste preferences.

  • Refunds/exchanges are only applicable for:

    • Damaged products

    • Broken/leaking jars

    • Incorrect items delivered
